Dimensions: 57 x 87 cm (22,5 x 34,1/4 inches) size plate without white borders.
Dimensions: 65 x 92 cm, (25,5 X 36,1/4 inches) with white borders.
"Slave market in Istanbul."
Extremely large engraving from engravers: F. Randel, C.G. Lewis and W. Gilder. The issue is the oil painting (1838) by Sir William Allan [1782-1850]. Colored and crafted by hand with mixed media.
Text at the bottom, faded. Pasted on cardboard maintained.
Large double frame.
